Shipping

Station Home Design ships within the United States only. Every item ships directly from the brand that makes it, so cost and timing depend on the item, its size and your address. Both are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

Orders are passed to the fulfilling brand within 48 hours. Larger furniture and lighting usually move by freight, which takes longer than parcel delivery. Items from different brands ship separately and can arrive as several parcels, each with its own tracking. Nothing has gone wrong when that happens.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving an item to request a return. Items must come back in the condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Email sales@stationhomedesign.com to start one; items sent back without a requested return are not accepted.

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, email us straight away and we will make it right.
